Steven Hill Journey Retrospective

Entry Deadline March 1, 2026
Juror: Mike Stumbras
Call for Entry: The Journey – A 20-Year Retrospective

Celebrating the Legacy of Steven Hill’s Journey Workshops (2007–2027)

2027 marks 20 years of Steven Hill’s Journey Workshops — from the beautiful coast of British Columbia, through the rolling hills of Wisconsin, to the intimate setting of Kent, Connecticut — lifelong friendships, collaborations, and creative support systems have grown out of this transformative experience. Over the past two decades, these workshops have deeply impacted how artists approach, create, and think about their work in clay.

To honor this milestone, we’re excited to announce a juried exhibition highlighting the diverse, powerful, and evolving voices that have emerged from Journey participants since 2007.

Open to all artists who have participated in any Steven Hill Journey Workshop between 2007 and the present.
